AIRDUCT CLEANING METHOD OF STATEMENT

  1. Explain to the customer the process of the work involved
  2. Cover up Furniture
  3. Move Furniture (when needed)
  4. Remove the grills
  5. Use the Video Camera Rotobrush Video Inspections (Before Cleaning).
  6. Take pictures/images of the state of airduct before starting the work.
  7. Start the brushing and vacuuming of the air ducts.
  8. Start the cleaning of the grills
  9. Clean the filters using sprayers and when needed use the Coiljet machine
  10. Use Fogger Machine to Disinfect the ducts
  11. Take pictures/images of the state of airduct after the work is completed.
  12. Check that the AC is working correctly and there is no noise.
  13. Remove the Furniture cover ups
  14. Go round the site and if there are any spots on surfaces or floors etc from the fogging, wipe off the area to ensure no spots are seen or left.

DISINFECTION METHOD OF STATEMENT

1)    Decide which method and which systems to use I,e fogging, electrostatic or the 360 system
2)    It is always recommended that for surfaces in Bathrooms and kitchen to use the electrostatic sprayer
3)    Go round the site and if there are any spots on surfaces or floors etc. from the fogging, wipe off the area to ensure no spots are seen or left.
